We operate an online shop on the website www.senseseu.com.
To provide sales of goods and to operate our website, we process certain personal data.

A. Processing of Personal Data When Using a Contact Form
If you request our products and services, we will handle your contact information that you provide to us, mainly through the inquiry form. This includes: Name, Surname, Phone Number, Email.
Why do we need it? We will contact you using this information for further arrangements regarding goods.
What is the legal basis for processing? This processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR – negotiations about a contract, or pre-contractual steps at your request.
How long will we process your personal data? If we do not enter into further cooperation, we will process your data for no longer than 1 year from our last communication.
B. Processing of Personal Data When Making a Purchase
If you make a purchase with us, we will handle the data you provide, mainly billing information such as name, surname, address, phone number, and email.
Why do we need it? We need to process personal data to fulfill our contract – to deliver goods to you. We will also use your contact details to communicate with you regarding the status of your order, and in some cases, about complaints or your inquiries.
We also process personal data to fulfill our legal obligations, such as accounting and tax purposes, and for handling complaints and other issues.
What is the legal basis for processing personal data? Processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR – fulfilling the contract, and Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR – fulfilling our legal obligations.

If you are a purchasing customer and did not opt out during your purchase, we will use your email address to send you our news.
What is the legal basis for this? Section 7(3) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on Certain Information Society Services, allows us to do so if you have not opted out at the time of purchase.
